Trap Rock, Vein of the Keweenaw

Many of the Keweenaw Peninsula's rivers flow quickly to either shore and spill out into Lake Superior. Not Trap Rock River. Trapped between the highlands of Mohawk/Laurium and lower hills west of Gay, this river bumbles around a narrow valley on its way down to Lake Linden. A few waterfalls are located on some its tributaries flowing down the highlands.
