Legendary Hikes with Faith

Faith was an ambitious young lady who first met Jacob at Michigan Tech doing volunteer work for a student group. After Jacob graduated in '08 he started dragging Faith along on numerous hikes, often with disastrous results. The word 'shortcut' became a running joke between them and their friends, as most of their hikes resulted in lengthy bushwhacks or even (once) getting lost in a swamp.
